VACATION RENTAL ACCOMMODATIONS:
Vacation Rental has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and
1 full size futon sleeper sofa. 1 bathroom, full
kitchen, washer and dryer, living room, dining room.,
and an enclosed outdoor spa and jacuzzi. The cottage can
accommodate up to 4 people. Double occupancy rate
$195.00 plus 13.41 tax.
All occupancy rates are subject to change. State and
local taxes apply. Room rates
given are for double occupancy (2 adults). This fee covers provided breakfast
and linens used. Additional person is
$20 per person per night.
Kama'aina (Island resident) discount , $10.00
off nightly room rate.
Military discount , $20.00 off nightly room rate
Free nights stay for veterans on November 17th, Veterans
Day.
Check in is 3pm, if you plan to arrive later than 5pm
please let us know. Check out is 11 am. The Artist
Cottage is open 365 days a year. No minimum stay
required. Smoking is allowed in outside areas. Ask about
accommodating guest pets. Children are welcome. Personal
responsibility is appreciated when it comes to breakage,
honesty is the best policy.
DEPOSIT: A 50% deposit is required to hold a
reservation, the balance is due upon arrival. The Artist
Cottage accepts deposits sent through Paypal and over
the phone when personal c/c information is provided.
CANCELLATIONS: Refunds are given when cancellation is
made in advance of 45 days prior to
reservation date. Refunds are given by check and sent
through the mail. |
